• Tree Plantation Drives: 500+ trees will be planted across our developments this year
• Energy-Efficient Design: All new projects will incorporate passive cooling, natural ventilation, and energy-efficient lighting
• Water Conservation: Rainwater harvesting systems in all AHS developments
• Waste Management: Segregated waste collection and composting facilities

2. Community Support

We are investing in the well-being of local communities:

• Educational Scholarships: Merit-based scholarships for students in Jolshiri Abashon and surrounding areas
• Healthcare Camps: Free health check-up camps organised quarterly
• Skills Training: Vocational training programs for local youth
• Mosque & Community Centre Support: Maintenance and development of community facilities

3. Environmental Awareness

We are committed to spreading environmental consciousness:

• School Programs: Environmental awareness workshops in local schools
• Clean-Up Drives: Monthly clean-up initiatives in and around our developments
• Green Building Certification: Pursuing international green building certifications for our flagship projects
